Appeals

If you have had a planning application refused then we can advise on the prospects of a successful appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.  We can advise on the most appropriate method to progress whether that is via written representations, informal hearing or public inquiry.  We can produce the statements that are required to accompany an appeal and co-ordinate any other expert consultants as necessary.  We can represent you at informal hearings and public inquiries.

Where planning permission or other consents have been refused, we represent clients at appeal. We submit written evidence and provide expert witness services on planning matters at Informal Hearings and Public Inquiries.
